Information and instructions to book a room or rooms through the University of Lethbridge Lux Hotel can be found in the LINKED PDF document. Booking opens April 1st. As referenced in previous updates, the deadline for booking a room at the Lux Hotel is May 10th. Rooms at the University are available from May 21st through and including May 24th, the last night of our conference. University lodging includes daily parking but must be booked for a minimum of 3 nights.

For those who plan to arrive early enough to comfortably attend the conference workshop and welcome reception on May 21st, you may wish to book a room at the Sandman Signature Lethbridge Lodge Hotel and then transition to the University lodging, or you may decide to stay at the Sandman Signature Lodge Hotel for the entire conference and commute to the university each day.

The Sandman Signature Lethbridge Lodge Hotel has graciously offered our conference attendees a reduced rate for lodging for those who plan to arrive prior to May 21st in order to participate in early activities (workshop and welcome reception) and then alternatively to on-campus lodging.

Guests may arrive beginning May 19, 2024, and may stay through May 25th or check out earlier for on-campus lodging.

Room Rates are per room, per night, plus taxes and fees and quoted in Canadian Dollars:

Corporate King plus Sofa Bed: $145 CAD. (approx. $107 USD)

Corporate Two Queens: $145 CAD. (approx. $107 USD)

An additional $10 would be added for each additional guest per room, up to 4 people per room plus taxes and fees.

Terms:

This rate includes $10 gift cards towards the hotel’s restaurant, The Italian Table. 

Breakfast is available daily from 7 am in the Courtyard Restaurant.

Guest room rate extends two days pre and post event - Subject to availability.

Rooms will be held for booking until April 19, 2024

Room rate includes: Complimentary High-Speed Wireless Internet, Complimentary Parking, Access to Pool, Hot Tub and Fitness Room
